Launch & Email Sequences

A launch sequence that sold a course without selling its soul.

Root Routine — Wellness brand
The brief

A respected wellness educator launching a paid course to a warm list. She refused anything that smelled like a fake-urgency, “cart closing!!!” funnel — but still needed it to convert.

The challenge

The audience was savvy and burned out on launch theatrics. We had to build genuine momentum and a real reason to act now without a single manufactured countdown lie.

The approach

A seven-email launch built on honest scarcity (a real cohort cap) and generosity (teach first, sell second). Every email earned the next open.

The words

What we actually wrote.

A few lines from the project — the flat version struck out, the sharper version in its place.
