Launch & Email Sequences
Emails people finish, in a sequence that actually sells.
Welcome flows, launch sequences, sales campaigns, and lifecycle email. I map the narrative, write the subject lines worth opening, and make the body deliver on them. Built for your ESP, ready to schedule — no “insert hook here.”
- Your launch is in 6 weeks and the emails don’t exist
- Open rates are fine; clicks aren’t
- Your welcome flow is one sad email
- You “send a newsletter when you remember”
- Sequence map & narrative arc
- Subject lines + preview text (tested variants)
- Full email copy, scheduled-ready
- Segmentation & timing notes
- A/B test recommendations
- Two rounds of revisions
For: Brands shipping a product, a cohort, a course, or a Big Important Thing.
Common questions
Six steps: scope, dig, message, draft, sharpen, hand off. I do the heavy lifting; you do a kickoff call, share access to reviews/analytics/customers, and give feedback at two checkpoints. Most clients spend 3–4 hours total across a project.
Projects are quoted as a flat fee after a scoping call, so you know the number before you commit and I’m never penalized for working fast. Website copy starts from $4,500; brand voice from $6,500; email from $3,800; long-form from $1,200/piece. A day rate ($1,800) is available for workshops, audits, and rush work.
A landing page is usually 2–3 weeks; a full site 3–4; brand voice 3–5; an email sequence 2–3. Rush timelines are possible at a day rate when my calendar allows. Good copy needs a little marinating — I’ll always tell you the honest timeline up front.
